Amy Kelly is a parent and educator with 23 years of experience transforming thousands of classrooms and homes into cooperative, engaging and joyful spaces to live, work and grow. Amy has been a teacher, assistant principal, principal and currently works as a school district administrator leading social-emotional learning for 22 schools grades pre-K-12. Amy has been an educational consultant and a presenter of the Responsive Classroom approach to teaching and learning for the past 13 years.

Amy Kelly’s approach ascribes to the beliefs of numerous social scientists, educational researchers and behaviorists who support the idea that behavior is learned.
